A White Heart Shaped Map Printed on Wood, personalised with your choice of map location, a lovely gift for Valentines Day, Birthdays or Christmas.

This artwork has been personalised with a white painted heart, overprinted with a bespoke map to make a unique keepsake to remember a special time and place. The map design is digitally created with the map centred on any location in the world, simply enter the details of place name and postcode in the options menu when ordering. Each map varies but as a rule the maps cover an area of 1 mile x 1 mile, so please bear this in mind when selecting a location.

The heart shape is hand painted onto the birch plywood wood using white acrylic paint prior to being hand printed with the map, and finally protected with a layer of matt varnish.

This item is small enough to stand on a shelf or mantelpiece but can also be hung on the wall. It is supplied with a concealed hanger for easy hanging from a picture pin or nail. I also offer this item framed in a simple white or black wood profile. You may prefer this as it gives the artwork a more contemporary style. Simply select Framing via the options menu when placing your order.

The wood used for the unframed print is 17.5cm x 17.5cm x 1cm.
The wood used for the framed print is also 17.5cm x 17.5cm but it is 2cm thick.
The frame adds 4.5cm x 4.5cm x 1cm onto the original wood size therefore the overall size of the framed artwork is 22cm x 22cm x 3cm.

Ordering is simple: Once you have decided on a location for your map simply enter the details in the Location box to place the order. Once I have received your order I will send a jpeg of your map for your approval via your order on Etsy.

The UK maps used to create this product are sourced with permission from Ordnance Survey OS 1:25,000 or OS 1:50,000 Mapping @ Crown copyright and database rights 2021. Ordnance Survey licence No: 100054681. For maps of locations outside the UK I use data licenced from Digital Wisdom Inc. or sourced from OpenStreetMap.org
